  • What are the best markers to use for the dry erase boards?

Wet Erase markers are recommended for this product because they leave less residue than dry-erase markers, and are removed easily with a damp cloth. You can purchase these markers through Amazon! You can get multi-colored ink with a total of 6 markers that have a fine point tip! These vibrant ink markers are also smudge-free and dry quickly and won't smear until you are ready to erase them.

  • How to apply removable stall cards?

    Applying the Decal

    • Please choose a clean dry surface to apply your decal to. For best results wipe the area with isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) first and allow it to dry completely.
    • Peel back about 1" of the release liner from the top of the decal. Fold and crease the liner back.
    • Position the decal starting with the top. Apply firmly using a plastic squeegee if one is available.
    • Continue removing the liner a small amount at a time and press down the decal working from the center out at a 45-degree angle.
    • After the entire decal is applied, squeegee the entire surface again from the center out to remove any air bubbles and ensure good adhesion. Make sure the edges are applied well.
    • Do not apply with water.
  • What are the different ways to mount aluminum dry erase boards and stall cards?

You can mount these products with these items:

    • Industrial Velcro
    • Brackets
    • Nails
    • Glue
  • Is the scrim vinyl banner material see-through?

No, the material of a Scrim Vinyl Banner is opaque and not able to be seen through.

  • Will my scrim vinyl banner be folded or rolled?

Due to UPS shipping restrictions, banners that exceed 8 feet or 96 inches in length will be folded for shipping. These measures are implemented to ensure the most competitive shipping rates.

  • Will my scrim vinyl banner have wrinkles or creases from shipping?

Due to UPS shipping restrictions, banners that exceed 8 feet or 96 inches in length will be folded for shipping. As a result, the banners may obtain wrinkles or creases from shipping.

To remove these wrinkles or creases from the banner, we suggest gently heating the non-printed surface. Place the banner - print side down - on a flat surface. Use a hairdryer or steam iron at a low temperature to gently heat to the non-printed side until the wrinkles come out. DO NOT USE A HOT IRON!

Note: HorseStarz is not responsible for any damage resulting from attempting to get wrinkles or creases out of any products.

  • What kind of grommets are used on scrim vinyl banners and how are they placed?

#2 grommets that are brass in color with an outside diameter of 3/8" are used for Scrim Vinyl Banners. Grommets are placed in all four corners and from there they are placed every 24 inches as evenly distributed as possible.

  • How are the hems made on scrim vinyl banners?

Banners hems on scrim vinyl banners are heat welded which creates a hem that is far stronger than a standard stitched hem. Hems can be ordered for top and bottom only, or on all four sides.

  • What type of marker is best for disposable stall cards?
