HorseStarz was established by Chelsea Mills after identifying a demand for personalized dry erase boards within the equestrian sector. As a graphic artist and web designer with a national clientele through her other venture, Behind Your Design, Chelsea offers professional counsel and design expertise to her customers. She also procures high-quality promotional and marketing materials to enhance her clients' visibility and impact.
